About Us
Established in August 2015 by Marine Corps veterans, Ralph and Carrie Roeger, and daughter Samantha, the pilot store, Semper Fi Bar and Grille was created to honor Veterans, Active Duty and First Responders. A smoke-free, family friendly restaurant, the walls are adorned with military memorabilia donated by veterans and military families for all to enjoy. We were inspired to create a place where veterans can 'tell their story' and to honor military families as well as ALL those that put their lives on the line every day. This pilot store is the inspiration and foundation for Rally Point Grille
Our History is Their History
The Restaurant has become a local museum. The walls are covered with military memorabilia from the LOCAL veterans and their family. Veterans have a place where they belong, can meet up, share stories with each other and feel like they fit in. At the same time, share their stories with the civilian community to forever be a reminder of the cost of freedom.
What we Stand For
We believe that freedom isn't free, and it is important to remember the cost. It is also important to recognize what real freedom is, and that it means different things to different people. We believe it is our duty and honor to provide a place for our veterans to share their story and connect with their community.

We named our bar & grille with the motto of the Marine Corps because it's who we are. We knew we were making a military themed restaurant and we wanted other veterans to find us. We wanted everyone to feel welcome, and we were influenced by The Leatherneck Club Bar and Galley in Las Vegas.

As we have come to understand, Semper Fi was not as inclusive and as inviting as we had hoped. After more than 7 years, we still have veterans from other branches and civilians wonder if they are welcome in. This is not at all what we had expected. We also recognize that it will be difficult for an non-Marine Veteran to get excited about owning a Marine themed bar.

As we move forward, we are offering franchises based on our pilot store, Semper Fi Bar and Grille, under the brand of Rally Point Grille. A rally point is a place to gather, a place of community, a place were people need to be. And most importantly, we wanted to create a brand suited for every veteran, regardless of branch.
