Rally Point Grille has a mission first priority. You will make a (good) living with a Rally Point Grille; you will not make millions as a multi-store operator. RPG Franchises are owner operated. You must be a veteran, military spouse, or Gold Star Family member with a heart for the veteran community to have a chance to become a franchisee.
The power of the concept is in the power of story. Owners must enjoy the stories of others, and have the ability to share stories about themselves and others in the community. Franchisees must have the passion and commitment to create a beacon in their community – one that attracts veterans and civilians alike. They must have a heart for making a difference, be willing to make an impact in their community both emotionally as well as financially.
Franchisees must have strong American values, and be willing to live up to those values, and stand for those values. They must be willing to create a place, just like the military, where we are all welcome, and we all get along, regardless of our differences. They must foster an attitude of community, connection and camaraderie with all. IGY6 applies to everyone in the community.

The Country Needs What We Offer
As Rally Point Grille took off, we discovered there was more to this adventure than burgers and fries – there is a mission. That mission is to create a place where veterans and first responders are honored. A place where they can come together, feel comfortable and safe to tell their story, and to feel heard, accepted, and valued no matter what their story. We also found the local memorabilia to be a bridge between the civilian population and their veteran community members. The museum-like atmosphere is a visual reminder the freedoms of this country are not free – regardless of what freedom means to you. We see families with children looking over the memorabilia, passing down American values and the understanding of the true price paid for those values.
Franchising Process
Step 1: Fill Out Form & Schedule a Meeting
If you’re interested in becoming a Rally Point Grille franchisee, the first step is to fill out a Contact Us form on the bottom of each page. Once we’ve received this form, a member of our Franchise Development team will reach out to schedule our first meeting. We can help answer any preliminary questions.
Step 2: Franchise Disclosure Agreement
Once we both think it’s a great fit, we will send you a Franchise Disclouser Agreement. Please sign and send it back to us. Once we receive it, this will help us answer any further questions you may have.
Step 3: Franchise Application
We will send you our Franchisee Application to fill out and return to us for review. Once we review and approve your application, we will schedule a meeting with both Ralph and Carrie Roeger.
Step 4: Franchising Fee
The Franchise Fee is your next step to owning your very own successful Rally Point Grille restaurant and bar brand.
Step 5: Training
You will receive only the best restaurant level training. We will show you how to run a profitable and successful Rally Point Grille.
Step 6: Location, Location, Location
Choosing the right location is very important when you open a Rally Point Grille, we will help you along the way. We will provide guidance on what customer and location traits make for your best location.
